Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept most major Debit and Credit cards and we also welcome Paypal payments. All payments are fully secured.

Shipping And Handling

If all your items are in stock, we will normally dispatch them by courier within 24 hours of your confirmed payment.

Unfortunately, we will not deliver to addresses outside the UK.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to despatch all goods ordered within 2 working days of receipt of your order if paying by debit or credit card. If there is likely to be any delay beyond this time, you will be notified immediately.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order or part of it.

Payment Security

All credit card transactions are direct through EKMSystems and are completely secure as all credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption on a SSL (look out for the golden padlock). No credit card numbers are ever held in clear text on any website or computer.

Privacy Policy

Clippers Direct do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order is processed through PayPal - Under the distance selling regulations PayPal are also regulated and provide a secure server and will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy

You also have the option to return your purchase within 7 days provided it is unused and still in its original packaging. Your credit card / PayPal account will be refunded when the goods have been returned in full resellable condition.

We reserve the right not to refund any delivery charges and not to refund any funds for any items returned that cannot be sold as new.
